Position Title: Outbound Call Center Rep

Overview:

We're looking for a driven and friendly Outbound Call Center Representative to connect with clients, schedule appointments, and negotiate ad space rentals. This role involves handling lease agreements, updating client info, and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients to schedule appointments and discuss rental options
• Draft and process lease agreements
• Address customer concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate database records
• Stay updated on campaign progress and pricing
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Pursue ongoing learning and development

Requirements:

• 1+ year of sales/customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Details:

• Pay: $21-$24/hr (more with experience or bilingual skills: Spanish, Hindi, Chinese)
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: In-office in Plymouth, MN (hybrid eligible after 1 month: Wed & Fri)
